Emma runs our creative Art Group for adults with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
She creates a safe, non-judgmental and welcoming environment for group members to come together and engage in creative activities.

Why did you choose to volunteer at Borderline Arts?
I have attended groups for the past 2 years and love the work that Borderline Arts do. The volunteer role is a great opportunity as my recent studies revolve around psychology, counselling and graphic design. I'm also a really creative person at heart and like being a part of something that helps me personally with my BPD and also others with BPD.
What is your role in Borderline Arts?
I run the art groups.
What is your occupation outside Borderline Arts?
Graphic design student, creative assistant at Wolverson Visual and carer to my son.
How long have you volunteered with Borderline Arts?
Since May 2022.
What is your favourite colour?
Purple.
